Prior to joining Altus, she has worked as both a Change and an Operational manager for ABDRN, leading teams through change initiatives. Nicola has a detailed knowledge of investment and settlement processes across a range of operational functions. She has been involved in strategic and operational change initiatives including regulatory, operating model design and operational efficiency projects.
