Nicola has over 20 years’ experience within the Financial Services industry, with a focus on operation and business change within the Investment Platform market.
Prior to joining Altus, she has worked as both a Change and an Operational Manager for ABDRN, leading teams through change initiatives. Nicola has a detailed knowledge of investment and settlement processes across a range of operational functions. She has been involved in strategic and operational change initiatives including regulatory, operating model design and operational efficiency projects.
