With nearly 20 years’ delivering change within Financial Services Steve now applies this experience in leading the Programme Delivery team at Altus.
Steve has led multiple types of projects and programmes across many financial services clients including the Banking, Insurance, Life, Pensions and Investment sectors. His experience has enabled him to develop an inherent understanding of the key factors that result in project success or failure and to apply these to a range of different types of programmes. As Head of Programme Delivery, Steve leads the development of the Altus Programme Delivery function and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of client outcomes through each engagement.
