Since founding Altus Consulting in 2006, Bruce has been instrumental in developing our methodology and knowledge of Financial Services. He’s worked with retail platforms and wealth managers on delivering complex regulatory and operational change programmes in both the UK and overseas markets.
Bruce is particularly interested in helping clients deliver industry leading propositions to customers, maximising efficiency through use of latest technologies combined with effective customer-centric processing. He has worked with clients of all sizes, from fintechs to global outsourcers in the retail investment space.
