Steve has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services predominantly spent shaping and delivering transformational change programmes and designing solutions to operational challenges.
Steve combines a strong understanding of business and systems with excellent communication skills and a hands on approach. Prior to joining Altus Steve was a member of the leadership team for a large scale UK retail banks General Insurance business with a wide range of responsibilities including leading the business transformation agenda and the Operational Support functions.
