Rob has over 23 years’ experience of building high-performing Programme teams within the Financial Services sector including Investments, Insurance, Life + Pensions and Banking. Having supported some of the UK’s largest change and transformation programmes, Rob combines his industry knowledge with his deep understanding of change management capabilities to ensure that our clients’ projects are achieving the best possible outcomes. As Head of Partnerships for the Programme Delivery division, Rob has responsibility for creating trusted, long-lasting relationships with both clients and suppliers, ensuring true partnerships exist and a collaborative approach is maintained.
