Max joined Altus in 2023 at the start of his professional career and has since gained two years of experience in change delivery and project management.
During this time, he has worked on large-scale data centre migrations, taking responsibility for programme planning, service readiness, and wider project management activities. Max also brings expertise in Power BI, applying data insights to support the delivery of major change programmes.
He combines this experience with a client-focused approach, ensuring the smooth execution of change while driving better outcomes for end customers.
