Hollie has nearly 20 years’ experience of client services and operational service delivery within a variety of global banking, engineering and pharmaceutical businesses. Most recently she held roles spanning quality and change management, business readiness and transformation for a wealth investment platform with £16bn+ AuA.
Hollie combines this experience with a passion for building relationships and finding creative solutions to problems, thrives when facing a complex challenge despite any initial ambiguity, and ensures outcome oriented and data led project execution. Hollie is a qualified Prince 2 Agile practitioner and has expertise applying engineering efficiency methodologies: Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, to operational processes to improve productivity and reduce error.
Hollie is also a non-exec director and trustee of the Wellspring Settlement, a charity based in Barton Hill, Bristol, which exists to improve the quality of life for those in the local area.
