Before joining Altus, Mike spent over 5 years at Hargreaves Lansdown in a variety of roles including trading, financial advice, and operational management. Having worked across these roles, and with a keen focus on the Investments market, Mike has established experience in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, his previous time leading a pensions operations team means Mike has developed analytical, problem-solving and change experience skills that are key to driving operational efficiency across our clients.
