Paul joined the Consulting team in 2021 and later qualified from the Altus Academy (now Aspire Programme) as a Consultant. Prior to joining, Paul spent over 3 years’ in Financial Services and 8 years as a developer where he gathered complex business requirements, scoped large projects and helped design and build large systems.
Paul is a detailed Solution Architect with a range of technical expertise in General Insurance security, policy administration platforms and CRM solutions. Paul is skilled at pinpointing the key issues, clarifying and defining the scope and breadth of a problem to enable solutions and a path to successful delivery planning.
