Mark is a 40+ year veteran of the Lloyd's, London and broader (re)insurance sectors. He has managed frontline claims within Lloyd's, pioneered outsourced professional claims management services in the UK and been an active entrepreneur in the sector for over 20 years. He now uses his deep sector expertise to support a wide range of insurance organisations as a strategic consultant, innovation & growth advisor and mentor. A natural connector, he is a Freeman of the Company of Entrepreneurs in the City of London and en route to be its Master in 2024.
