It’s time to turn your ambition into achievement! Have you always wondered how to make the leap to become a Management Consultant? You may have worked as a Business Analyst, or in Software Engineering, perhaps in Customer Services or as an all-star Operations team player within the Financial Service industry.
The Aspire Programme offers a supportive learning framework to take your ambition and turn it into achievement, providing a pathway to Consulting. It is a programme designed for progression, with our core values of People, Passion and Partnership at its heart.
This is definitely not a ‘Big 4’ grad scheme. We work with small cohorts to put a supported learning experience in place, building on your industry experience. You will work with Consultants at all levels of seniority and from a diverse set of backgrounds to give you the knowledge and skills you need to become a specialist financial services management consultant.
The Aspire Programme is open to Consultant Analyst applicants with around three to five years of experience within the Financial Services industry.
Consultant Analyst roles are available across our business areas of Insurance, Investments, Digital or Programme Delivery.
The Aspire Programme offers supported progression over 24 months, through a mixture of formal and informal training, placement rotations across the business, and an external professional qualification.
You will have the opportunity to work on live client engagements alongside teams of consultants at all levels, get involved in bids and sales activity, become a thought leader in your area of interest and expertise, as well as work on a diverse set of internal project workstreams.
Alongside your line manager, you will have the opportunity to define your knowledge and skills growth areas, and decide to work towards and obtain a professional qualification in your chosen area, such as investment management, solution architecture, or agile change management.
If you don't meet all the requirements, we still want to hear from you! We welcome applications from candidates with diverse skills sets who share our commitment to deliver exceptional results and strive towards high quality outcomes in all they do.
Please share your CV with Emma Millman and we will be in touch if there is an opportunity which may match your skill set.
