Prior to joining Altus, he worked for Hargreaves Lansdown, the UK’s largest D2C investment platform, in a variety of roles spanning investment operations, risk oversight and process change. Jack provided operational expertise on a number of significant projects covering bulk asset acquisition & migration, regulatory change and propositional design. He now works with a range of Altus clients to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
