Jamie Bayliss

Jamie has over 12 years’ experience in Financial Services, having worked for the likes of Barclays International, JP Morgan Chase, Brightside Insurance brokers and Direct Line Group, with much of his time spent within General Insurance operations and digital change. Since joining Altus in 2022, Jamie has been able to provide value and insight within areas such as operation and process optimisation, digital transformation, online and offline customer journey improvements and change delivery. He holds a CII certificate in insurance and qualifications within Agile ways of working and project management.
