Gemma spent the first 13 years of her career at Nationwide Building Society working as a Systems Developer in the mortgage and insurance space. After a career break of several years to look after her young children, she opted for a change in direction working in the education sector and volunteering for various organisations. Gemma made a return to Financial Services in 2022 and now contributes to the smooth running of the operations department at Altus Consulting.
