What was your background before joining Altus Consulting?

I started my insurance career on a graduate programme for a niche insurer and it provided me with a great foundation for my career. I have worked across a wide variety of different departments, performing numerous roles and functions throughout my 14 years in financial services.  I have always been drawn to Underwriting and building relationships with the customer, broker, and appointed representatives. I was then fortunate enough to work for Clegg Gifford & Co Ltd which allowed me to work within Lloyds, within a branch and then lead the Appointed Representative Network.
