Laurence has over 40 years’ experience working in the Transformation and Change industry, including over 30 in the Financial Services sector. He has worked in Insurance, Investments, and Retail Banking and has a wide breadth of knowledge of how these sectors work.
As the Models Manager at Altus, Laurence is responsible for maintaining and developing our core reference models, as well as developing and tailoring business models for our clients across the whole spectrum of the industry, from Financial Planning and Wealth Management to Specialty Insurance. These models are used to help solve a range of business problems, including illustrating Change Analysis, Maturity Assessment, Regulatory Impact, and SMR responsibilities.
