Altus Consulting launches refreshed brand. It’s all about the People (and the Passion, and the Partnership)
Altus was founded in 2005 by a small group of friends who believed UK Financial Services could operate much more efficiently and benefit from better technology.
Over a decade later, our company comprising of Altus Consulting and Altus Business Systems, had become a recognised expert in the UK Life and Pension, Insurance, Investment and Wealth sectors, providing a unique brand of specialist consultancy and a series of market-leading software solutions to some of the industry’s most challenging problems. ‘Making Financial Services Faster’ felt like a great fit.
In 2021 Altus was acquired by global software company Equisoft. Altus Business Systems and our software products all rebranded under Equisoft in January 2023, with Altus Consulting retaining its brand and status as an ‘independent’ management consulting business.
We are extremely proud of our journey from a few desks at the Innovation Centre here in Bath to becoming one of the South-West’s success stories, and joining the Equisoft family. To support the next stage of growth of Altus Consulting we took some time this year to reflect on what differentiates us as a consultancy, engaging every one of our team and speaking to some of our customers. The overriding sentiment was beautiful, simple and amazingly consistent:
