At Altus we take an engineered approach to operational efficiency; analysing a business from the outside in to identify the business interactions involved and the capabilities required to support them. PEAK is the tool we have built to power this analysis and manage the models we develop.
Originally developed to accelerate our own work, PEAK is now available to clients who want to manage their own model and take advantage of the growing list of use cases PEAK can automate. Regulation monitoring, project scoping, maturity assessment, SMCR reporting can all be managed via PEAK and the list will continue to grow.
