

Matt has over 30 years experience across a variety of sectors in both Insurance and technology, much of that operating within the Lloyd's insurance market. Matt is entrepreneurial having started multiple businesses, a strategic thinker and implementation/delivery focused individual, advocating the benefits of utilising and adopting new technology solutions to existing insurance challenges, extremely comfortable delivering strategic change or architecting operational solutions all with a curious, design thinking mindset and true customer focus. Matt is extremely comfortable at all levels of interaction, from driving project teams to advising boards.
