We take our team's wellbeing seriously, making sure we monitor, support and improve the services we provide. We are committed to improving our employees wellbeing and understand the importance of adopting a proactive and preventative approach in the workplace.
As part of our Wellbeing Strategy we have in place a team of Health and Wellbeing Champions. They provide confidential support to anyone who may be struggling with any physical or emotional distress and can signpost them to services. They also help raise awareness of the many wellbeing activities we organise throughout the year.
We want to foster a culture where employees feel able to talk openly about mental health and carry out monthly surveys to gather feedback on the good and the bad. All our management team have undergone mental health training to help equip them with the knowledge and tools to identify poor mental health within their teams and give them the confidence to take action.
We offer access to an Employee Assistance Programme, private medical insurance, volunteering days, lunchtime yogalates and an online Altus Wellbeing Resource Library packed with a wide range of resources and tools. Our family social events demonstrate how much we value and acknowledge contributions from our team, but also the families that support them.
