Bath Pananoramic

Our Community

Altus is fortunate to be headquartered in the beautiful city of Bath where we are an increasingly important part of the local economy. Whilst we have team members spread across the country and an office in London, most live locally and have very personal connections to the area.  Despite appearances, not everyone is wealthy or healthy here, but fortunately there are some amazing charities doing great work in the local community and Altus is proud to support them.

Several of our staff are actively involved with local charities, we provide teams of volunteers on local projects and we have committed to donating 2% of our net profits every year to good causes – 1% to a main charity voted for by all staff and another 1% to sponsor and donate to a wide range of charitable activities.

When sourcing goods for our events along with staff and client gifts, we look to local suppliers wherever possible. At Christmas we like to give our team a small gift sourced locally or the opportunity to support their local foodbank instead.

We have also been privileged to be able to sponsor GB’s very successful Bobsleigh team. The team are local to Bath and train at the university.

Being able to help make a difference at a local level is incredibly rewarding for our team and we love the connection it creates to the community. From supporting kids’ football to helping fund life-saving equipment at the local hospital, the contribution Altus makes to the area we live in makes us all feel better about what we do as an organisation.
