Altus’ updated General Insurance Digital rankings have been released for 2018, which focus on the major providers in the Home and Car Insurance markets.
In the Home Insurance industry, Aviva still comes out on top, with plenty of movement across the board. When it comes to Car Insurance, Aviva and Quotemehappy.com take first and second place.
The overall findings reveal that significant investment has been made in improving digital capabilities since our previous research in 2017. Insurers are focused on customer retention, as well as in improving their mobile compatibility and renewals and claims processes.
