General Insurance - Digital Research 2017 - Digital Ranking
As a follow up to our GI Digital Research earlier in 2017, we released our Digital Insurer Ranking and more detailed findings.
In the original GI Digital Research Altus carried out in Jan 2017, we looked at overall uptake in digital self-serve capabilities across the policy lifecycle (Quote, MTAs, Renewal, Claims) for Home and Motor products in the market. Altus has now extended that research to look at other digital services such as Document Portal, Mobile Apps, Webchat and Telematics. A scoring of equal weight has been applied to each of these 8 areas, which has resulted in a “Digital Insurer Ranking”.
