Lindsey has 15 years’ experience in delivering change in Financial Services. Before joining Altus she has worked as a PMO Manager and Project Manager across a range of projects from branch strategy & design, migrations, implementation and operational change across Banking, Insurance, Life, Pensions and Investment sectors.
Lindsey has tackled full end to end delivery with a passion developing effective methodology for striving for a high standard of change. She has qualifications in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies and adopts an adaptable style to delivery ensuring best process and practice.
