Jack brings over 10 years’ Financial Services experience, with a particular focus on the retail investment platform and wealth management markets.
Prior to joining Altus, Jack worked at the UK’s largest D2C investment platform, in a variety of roles spanning investment operations, risk oversight and process change. Here he provided operational expertise on a number of significant projects covering bulk asset acquisition & migration, regulatory change and propositional design.
With a keen eye for detail, he now works with a range of Altus clients to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes; making expert use of the Altus models and methodologies in the process.
He has co-authored a number of Altus whitepapers, including Platforms: who’s leading the charge? and Difference & Differentiation: What next for investment platforms?
