Having spent almost his entire career in the Life & Pensions, Investments and Insurance sectors in both business and technical roles, Martyn has first-hand experience of the challenges facing FS businesses today. He is passionate about technology and driving efficiency in Financial Services, for the benefit of the end consumer.
He has been working on behalf of clients in management consultancy and transformation roles for over 25 years, developing an intimate understanding of this relationship and how best to deliver value for the customer.
He has led the consulting business at Altus through significant growth, to over 50 consultants today and being recognised by the FT in its list of top UK management consulting firms.
