Whilst many familiar names have performed well in our analysis, there are some surprising strong performances from a handful of the smaller lenders.
Our research shows that only 5 societies offer an online Decision in Principle. With a need to drive operational efficiency, whilst servicing customers remotely (without negatively impacting customer experience) the advances in digital innovation around mortgage sales & origination promise to see a dramatic evolution in this market over the next few years.
