Altus becomes a Diversity Project Partner

Altus commits to champion diversity and inclusion.

Specialist financial services software provider and consultancy firm Altus has partnered with cross-company initiative The Diversity Project as part of its commitment to champion diversity and inclusion in the industry.

Launched in 2016, the Diversity Project aims to accelerate progress towards an inclusive culture in the investment and savings profession across all professions and industry bodies. Based on a spirit of collaboration, the Diversity Project shares best practice and deepens the understanding and image of the investment industry and the varied roles within it to encourage a broader range of new entrants. It offers networking and mentoring opportunities, to develop and retain existing diverse talent.

Altus Managing Director Kevin Okell commented:

“Inclusivity and employee wellbeing have always been at the core of Altus values. We view Altus as a growing family and are keen to nurture an environment where employees feel empowered to contribute to our vision.

By partnering with The Diversity Project, we are formalising a commitment to increasing diversity within our organisation by looking at how we approach recruitment, our HR policies, internal communication processes and offering teach-ins and external training to support our employees.”
