AI Bootcamp for Senior Leaders

Register your interest – Altus Consulting AI Bootcamp for Senior Leaders

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming business operations, offering significant benefits such as cost reduction, improved customer service, and enhanced competitiveness. Despite these advantages, many organisational leaders lack a deep understanding of AI, with the majority of Boards having no members well-versed in the technology. This knowledge gap poses risks, as evidenced by 91% of organizations lacking controls on their AI use [AI Governance Report, December 2022].

Recognising the importance of informed leadership, Altus Consulting has launched the “AI Bootcamp for Senior Leaders’. In this one-day training programme, led by industry experts in Financial Services, attendees will delve into real-world use cases, engage in discussions with experts and peers under the Chatham House Rule, and gain insights to navigate the AI landscape.

This programme aims to empower senior executives with the necessary knowledge and confidence to leverage AI effectively in their businesses. The course is designed to help leaders navigate the complexities of AI, enabling them to make informed decisions and pose relevant questions regarding its implementation and risks. Emphasising the need to embrace AI ethically and harness the power of AI responsibly.
