AI Bootcamp for Senior Leaders

AI Bootcamp for Senior Leaders

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming business operations, but few organisational leaders understand the technology well enough to make confident decisions about how and where to adopt it in their own company. That knowledge gap poses real risks, as evidenced by the fact that 91% of organizations lack formal controls on AI use [AI Governance Report, December 2022].

Recognising the importance of informed leadership, Altus Consulting has launched its ‘AI Bootcamp for Senior Leaders’. In this one-day training programme, led by industry figures in Financial Services and AI, attendees will delve into real-world use cases, engage in discussions with experts and peers under the Chatham House Rule, and gain insights to navigate the AI landscape.

The objective is to empower senior executives with the necessary knowledge and confidence to leverage AI effectively in their businesses. Separating fact from fiction, the programme incorporates a Silicon Valley insider’s explanation of the AI technology that is really available today, an informed view of what the future will bring, practical steps and considerations for AI adoption in UK Financial Services firms, and expert opinion on governance and ethics to enable leaders to harness the power of AI responsibly.

Course dates: Q1 2025
Venue: TBC
Time: one-day programme
