He has been involved in the design, delivery, management and oversight of insourced, intragroup and outsourced Target Operating Models. Russ is an MBA, a Virgin StartUp mentor, and won Bournemouth University’s Alumni of the Year Award in 2020 for Inspiring Learning, so has a good understanding of people and key business disciplines.
