Mark has in excess of 20 years experience in (P3M) project, programme and portfolio management, planning, prioritising, resourcing, optimising and assuring the end-to-end creation and delivery of complete portfolios of IT and business change engaging stakeholders up to Executive level.
Mark has extensive experience in defining change initiatives (up to multi million £ budget) and enabling their initiation and delivery through highly effective communication, scoping, estimation, planning and control.
He is also experienced in utilising multiple SDLC methodologies, including agile, choosing the most appropriate approach to ensure success and maximise return on investment.
