His expertise encompasses the entire software development lifecycle. He has extensive experience in strategy, portfolio planning & prioritisation, enterprise & solution architecture, analysis, design & delivery of mission critical software systems. Chris is not only skilled at navigating challenges with legacy systems, new technology and disparate project teams, but his business & IT background also ensures a pragmatic, cost effective & delivery focussed approach. He is able to solve complex problems and communicate their potential solutions to stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Since joining Altus in 2020, Chris has helped clients deliver a wide range of strategic change programmes. Chris has defined Client target state architecture and transition state roadmaps; run market scans and vendor selections for mortgage & insurance systems; helped international software providers adapt their solutions for the UK market and performed various solution architecture roles within client project teams. He has extensive Data Migration experience both within and outside of Altus.
