Cat led an Ops team from agile start-up to corporate acquisition and enterprise transition. With significant experience of bringing together strategic direction, best operational practice, compliant business process, cultural change and business transformation requirements, Cat provides a holistic approach to support successful programme delivery. As a Programme Delivery Consultant, Cat applies her experience to ensure successful delivery of client outcomes, and supports the Programme Delivery Team with their own Operations and Business Processes! During her spare time she is busy with two children and a spaniel, as well as being part of the Governing Body and Fundraising Team at the local school.
