It is now possible to file Employee Share Scheme returns to HMRC electronically for the following scheme types:

• Savings Related Share Option Schemes (SAYE - Form 34)
• Company Share Option Plan (CSOP - Form 35)
• Share Incentive Plan (SIP - Form 39)
• Unapproved Schemes (Form 42)

The Altus ESS Gateway supports returns from employers or their agents for all of the above scheme types.

Ours is the only product to be formally recognised by HMRC.
