CTF e-filing

The Government introduced the Child Trust Fund (CTF) in 2004 in an attempt to encourage both children and their families to save for their future. Many financial organisations saw the potential of these new accounts and applied for provider status. As a Child Trust Fund provider they were required to submit bi-monthly and annual returns to HMRC and for the first time it was mandated that this must be performed electronically via the Government Gateway.

The Altus CTF Gateway automates the submission all Child Trust Fund related returns to HMRC and the product has passed the full set of HMRC tests necessary to gain CTF provider status.
