Delta Financial Systems, leading supplier of administration software to the self-invested pensions industry, is intending to add fully automated e-filing to its SIPP~Pro and SSAS~Pro products. Delta has teamed up with e-filing experts Altus, to integrate the Altus Pensions Gateway product into both systems. This is the first such partnership for Altus who see established administration systems as a natural route to market for their e-filing product.
With the growing popularity of self-invested pensions since A-Day, Delta systems are in demand and e-filing is a real issue for their clients. According to Director Michael Power, integrating Altus Pensions Gateway is a logical step for Delta: “Our customers typically administer large numbers of schemes and the HMRC e-filing requirements have a big impact on them. With the scope of e-filing expected to expand further we wanted the issue addressed with an efficient and extensible solution from the outset. Altus have in-depth expertise, their product is comprehensively engineered, developed to open standards and they are committed to e-filing as a core market. The fit is excellent and this partnership means our customers can be confident that they will continue to
enjoy full support for pensions e-filing as the scope and technical standards continue to develop.”
Ben Cocks, Product Manager at Altus, is also pleased with the deal: “Our whole proposition revolves around providing an easy to integrate, comprehensive and future-proof service - removing the need for multiple organizations to understand and keep up with this relatively specialized and evolving area of technology. We believe this is the way systems of the future will be architected and for Delta (themselves technology leaders in their market) to share this vision and choose the Altus Pension Gateway is a real boost to our design team.”
