Altus Responds to CP10/29

Altus today submitted its response to the latest FSA Consultation Paper on the application of RDR rules to Platform Services (CP10/29).

As with previous Altus responses, the focus is operational as we applied several of our business architecture techniques to explore the practical consequences of the proposals.
