Altus respond to the FSA's RDR consultation

As specialists in the operational aspects of Life, Pensions and Investments, Altus have submitted a practically focused response to RDR and you can read it here. Whilst we concentrated our comments on the operational impact of the proposals on systems and processes, we couldn't help but point out the structural flaw in attempting to improve the quality of advice by regulating from a product perspective, and only a partial one at that.
