Altus complete Wrap process model

AXA’s Wrap proposition, Elevate, is built on the delivery of service excellence. To support this, Altus was selected to produce an engineered blueprint of their entire business process operation. Using the Altus process discovery method, AXA DS has developed a comprehensive inventory of 1300 detailed information flows – describing what flows into and out of the business – and almost 300 separate business processes, all maintained in a central process architecture repository. Altus have subsequently worked with AXA DS to define the suite of documentation required for each process and how to capture this within the repository and are now helping on the detail of modelling and improving the processes.
