Training

Altus provide training on several aspects of Enterprise Architecture with the emphasis on how to apply the techniques to the particular challenges of Financial Services. All our courses share some common features:

• Altus training courses are tailored to the client – we can tune techniques and examples to suit your organisation.
• Course content is focused on the needs of a Financial Services company – we use real FS examples and we don’t build one size fits all training.
• Altus training goes beyond the classroom – the price of every course includes support effort to assess how attendees get on with the material in practice.
• Altus are “doers” not just “trainers”! – All techniques being taught have been used by our consultants (including the course presenter), to successfully deliver to our clients.

Typically our courses are run as a 1-day session for 5 to 8 attendees; enabling us to adapt the course pace and content to the needs of the individuals attending. Courses can be run on client sites or in the quieter surroundings of our Bath offices.

Courses are based around an interactive presentation – we do not give lectures! Participation by attendees is expected. All of the presentations involve at least one worked example which the trainees will be guided through.
